SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery Options

We deliver straight to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa, within 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order.

All delivery and tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled.

If you are based in an outlying area, please note that shipping fees may vary slightly. We will contact you directly to confirm the shipping amount should it differ from the one quoted on our website.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Main City Centres: 3–5 working days
• Outlying Areas: 5–10 working days
• Deliveries take place during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00)

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link.

Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will re-ship your gift based on the below terms: 

• We will contact you to inform you that your order has been returned due to an unsuccessful delivery after three attempts (e.g. recipient unreachable, incorrect address, etc.).
• You will need to provide us with updated delivery information.
• We will inspect your order to ensure it is still intact and repackage it if necessary.
• A reprocessing fee of R150 plus the applicable delivery cost will be charged.
• We will send you a new invoice for payment. Once settled, we will re-ship your order within 3 business days.
• If the invoice is not paid within 5 days, the gift will be considered unclaimed and the order forfeited.
