    (Optional) Add a set of Self-Love or Self-Care cards from our signature affirmation or reflection card sets.

    (Optional) Choose your preferred ribbon style and colour. Our team will hand-wrap your gift.

    Complete your gift with a greeting card and a personal message. We’ll print or handwrite your message for that personal touch

How long does it take for an order?

We stock everything in-house, so your order is lovingly packed as soon as it comes through.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, unless you’ve made a special arrangement with us.

Can I order empty boxes?

Unfortunately we do not sell empty boxes.

We make use of reliable couriers.

We do not deliver on weekends or on public holidays.

Can I arrange for an order on specific date?

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date, but we will always try our best to deliver the gift as close as possible to the requested date.

Please do give us 3-5 working days notice should you want a delivery to go within a certain time frame.

Can I order more than one box?

Yes. Each care pack is created individually - just complete one box at a time, then head back to continue shopping if you’d like to build another.

Can I add an item of my own?

Yes - you’re welcome to include an item of your own in your gift box!

Please email us at info@ohsoniche.com before placing your order so we can confirm the details and advise you on the best way to include it.

Please note: We aren’t able to include or ship any items that cannot be sent through our courier partners - for example, restricted or prohibited items such as medication or drugs.

Can you send the items to me unsealed so I can add my own products?

Yes, absolutely! Please let us know in the notes section at checkout that you’d like your box to be sent unsealed, and we’ll make sure it’s packed accordingly.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number and URL will be sent to you once your order has been completed and is ready for delivery.
