Wellness Events

Tea and Coffee

We typically ease into the day with 15 - 30 minutes for guests to grab a coffee, enjoy a light snack, and settle in before we kick things off. 

Welcoming and Guided Meditation

We will always kick off our sessions with an introduction, welcoming and guided meditation. These sessions are designed to centre your energy, clear your mind, and get your head in the space to enjoy the day. 

Event

Each event features an engaging activity. Whether it is to learn a new skill, explore your creative side, yoga or pilates session. We will spend about 60 - 75 min on this activity before breaking for bubbles and brunch.  

Champagne & Snacks

What’s an event without a little bubbly and shnack? We wrap up the workshop with champagne and yummy snacks, giving you time to unwind and reflect.

Guided Journalling

To end off the event, we will do a guided journalling session that ties is the perfect way to reconnect and reflect before heading home.

Networking & Sponsor Showcase

There is about an hour leftover to mingle, network, explore sponsorship tables and connect with the community.

Goodie Bag

Each guest will get a goodie bag before they leave filled with premium products from our sponsors and brands.

Event Attendance

We like to keep our events small to ensure a personal and enriching experience for our guests.

We keep our events limited to 20-30 people.

We can plan and execute a custom wellness event for you and your team for up to 500 people.
