Nobody is going to do it for you, It does not need to be 100%, but take action and show up, for yourself. 

 

1. Do that thing you have been avoiding. All it is doing is taking energy away from you.

2. You cannot make decisions for yourself based on seeking someone else’s approval.

3. You are allowed to walk away from things that do not require your energy or input.

4. Protecting your peace should always be your biggest priority.

5. Taking breaks for rest does not mean you are lazy.

6. You do not need to react or respond to everything.

7. Do the exercise. You do not need to be an athlete - but its good for you so do it.

8. Make an effort to shake those bad habits.

9. People are allowed a difference in opinions.

10. Choose to be kind to others, but kinder to yourself.

 

Finally - Shoot your shot. Just go for it!

You cannot fail - because you will always learn.

 

There are only two outcomes:

1. It may not work out - but it may direct you where you need to be. 

2. It may work out!
