In response to a client brief, our team was tasked with sourcing and delivering PR packs tailored to an international standard with specific brand requirements. The project involved curating a selection of niche products to complement the new fragrance’s brand, tonality, and fragrance notes, ultimately resulting in the successful assembly and dispatch of 60 customised PR Packs.

We began by meeting the team and thoroughly going through the brief to grasp the intricacies of the required details and products needed to be sourced.

Drawing upon our network of suppliers and industry connections, we sourced products that aligned with Orchid Street’s aesthetic and ethos.

We then conceptualised and executed a customisation strategy that prominently featured the new fragrance’s branding and key elements. This included painting the crates in the brand’s signature pink, incorporating products such as a gorgeous pink and yellow toffee apple,  pink lady dried apples and jasmine tea to highlight the new fragrance’s key notes, and including a luxury branded tote with fabric markers to encompass the graffiti theme of the fragrance.

We streamlined our packing and fulfilment process to meet the timeline set by the client and ensure all press received their packs within the same timeframe. Through planning and coordination, we successfully assembled and dispatched all 60 crates across South Africa. 

In conclusion, we successfully met the brief.
