Shipping

    • We offer standard door-to-door courier deliveries made to all known locations in South Africa using an established courier service.
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery area and will be displayed during checkout.
    • All of our stock is dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg, which means quick and easy deliveries for those in a surrounding area. 
    • If you wish to arrange for collection or explore alternative plans, please email us at info@ohsoniche.com
    • While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, we mostly get this right. Please email us at info@ohsoniche.com with your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
    • We do not offer delivery on public holidays or weekends.
    • We do not deliver to chain stores, hospitals, plots, farms, bases, borders and/or power stations.
    • We do not offer international shipping.
    • Collection of packages is only available after your order is confirmed and paid for. We will be in direct communication with you to arrange for collection.
    • During busy seasons, such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, there may be a slight delay. Please note we will do our best to get your goodies to you or your loved one! 
    • *Major centres include well known cities such Polokwane, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth etc.
    • **Regional areas include well known cities and towns near Major centres* such as Stellenbosch, Salt Rock etc.
    • **Remote areas refer to small towns and remote areas such as Newcastle, Scottburgh, Midlands etc.
    • We reserve the right to hold your order and contact you if we need to validate your address details, contact details or determine a different shipping zone if your details do not match correctly.

Collection

Collection is available in JHB. Due to safety reasons, we will arrange a collection with you to post your order confirmation.

Order Execution

As soon as your order is received, we attend to it. 

Bespoke, branded or personalised Orders will take longer than typical orders. We will be in communication with you on these orders.

Orders of more than 1 box, or bulk orders will take longer than typical orders. We will be in communication with you on these orders.

Delivery time frame

  • We typically will hand our orders over to our courier at 11 am and then again at 4pm depending on when your order was placed. 
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are handed to the courier on the next working day.
  • You will receive a tracking number after the package has been collected by the courier, allowing you to track its progress on the courier’s website.
  • Our delivery times are within 3 – 5 working days for main city centres and within 5 – 10 working days for outlying areas.
  • Your products will be delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • If a driver fails to get hold of the order recipient, they will attempt delivery again the next day.

RETURN BACK TO SENDER

If delivery fails after three attempts, the gift will be returned to us at Oh So Niche.

We will then follow the protocol below:

  • We will email you that the gift is unable to be delivered.
  • You will then be presented with two options:

Option 1:

  • You will agree to the fee of R150 flat rate + re-delivery fee and provide us with an alternative address for a re-attempted delivery.
  • We will repackage the gift to ensure all contents are in order, and the package looks new.
  • A flat fee of R150 + delivery costs will be billed to proceed with the reattempt.
  • Once the proof of payment (POP) is sent through, we will reship your gift. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in Oh So Niche considering the gift unclaimed, and you will forfeit it as property to the business. No refunds will be allowed.

Option 2:

  • You can arrange for the collection of the gift as is within 10 days.
  • Failure to collect within 10 days will result in Oh So Niche considering the gift unclaimed, and you will forfeit it as property to the business. No refunds will be allowed.

We recommend verifying the accuracy of the recipient’s delivery address and contact details before sending. Additionally, notifying them in advance about the special delivery will help prevent any issues.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment via credit card or debit card Oh So Niche accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via the payment gateways using Payfast, Payflex, Snapscan, Yoco and Ozow. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details.You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the
specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

EFT (electronic funds transfer)

This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Oh So Niches bank account. We prefer EFT options for  bespoke orders or bulk orders. We will contact you directly to arrange for payment to meet your requirements. 

All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to info@ohsoniche.com before your order will be processed. We require your payment to reflect in the bank account before we process your order.

Return Policy

Please note the following products are eligible for refund: 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. 
  • Your request for a refund must be made within 7 working days from your delivery date. 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Your order was custom made or personalised.
  • The product which according to their nature is no longer suitable to be returned. Example – it deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The product was bought on sale. 

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of your products are faulty so that we can try to find a solution as soon as possible. 

Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have.

Oh So Niche (Pty) Ltd has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If the refund is approved, we will, according to your preference:

  • replace the product (if available); or
  • issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
  • *Issue a cash refund (Electronic transfer)

*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ items was received as a gift.

Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser.

The purchaser/ receiver will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the order to Oh So Niche (Pty) Ltd except where stated differently. 

Oh So Niche (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. 

Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

Oh So Niche (Pty) Ltd are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods returned or proof of received return delivery.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning of incorrect goods delivered

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or your order is missing any parts:

  • Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.
  • Notify us as immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge and deliver the correct item/ items as soon as possible.

Returning of damaged goods

If your goods arrived damaged please notify us within 7 working days by emailing us at info@ohsoniche.com

We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred:

  • photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not);
  • photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging; and
  • photograph of the damaged item.

If necessary we will arrange a collection of the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:

  • replace the product (if available); or
  • issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
  • *Issue a cash refund ( Electronic transfer)

*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ Items was received as a gift.

Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser.

A product is NOT damaged and you will NOT be entitled to any, replacement or refund under the general warranty above if:

(a) the faults/damage are a result of normal wear and tear;

(b) damage arose from incorrect usage of the product;

(c) the item has a reasonable amount of manufacturing or production imperfections, but is acceptable in accordance with the generally accepted commercial practices.

Clothing and Accessories Return policy

  • Clients cannot return clothing items more than 3 days after receiving their item. No return/exchange/credit is valid after this period.
  • Unfortunately, no sale items can be returned, exchanged or credited.
  • Items should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
  • For hygienic purposes, Bodysuits/Underwear/Hair Accessories cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Please be sure to choose the correct size/item. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Clients will have to cover the cost of return postage. Our team will be able to help arrange for the collection, and the amount will be debited from store credit or balance to be refunded.
  • Once the item is received in the recommended condition, store credit will be emailed to the client via coupon code to use with the next order or a refund will be made.
  • Store credit/ refund will be equal to the amount of the item returned minus any postage cost.
  • Postage/Courier costs cannot be returned/refunded/credited.
  • Please note that by completing a purchase on www.ohsoniche.com you agree and confirm to the above conditions with regards to exchanges/returning of clothing or accessories

Oh So Niche will not be liable for the cost associated with collecting the return from you. In order to obtain a refund to the value of the purchased items being returned, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Oh So Niche in accordance with the return procedure.
