Located in JHB, South Africa, you can arrange for free collection if preferred.

We offer three forms of delivery for bespoke gifting. The first is that we deliver everything at once to your required destination. This option is ideal for big events such as weddings, corporate events.

The second option is that we arrange delivery per pack on your behalf. This option is ideal for PR / Influencer packs or Wedding Party drops.

The third option is for us to deliver your product on demand. We will stock you gifting options for you, and then when you need them - we can deliver. This option is ideal for employee gifting or client appreciation gifts (onboarding and welcome packs, thank you for your purchase, congratulation on your new house etc.)

We use reliable couriers in South Africa. Deliveries to remote areas may experience delays and incur additional costs. Please be aware that weekend delivery is not available

Given the nature of bespoke gifting, returns and refunds are not accepted.In the unlikely event that your box has arrived damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours in order to attend to your matter.

If delivery fails after three attempts, the gift will be returned to us. We will then follow the protocol below:

1. We will email you that the gift is unable to be delivered.
2. You will then be presented with two options:
   • Option 1:
     • You will agree to the fee of R150 flat rate + re-delivery fee and provide us with an alternative address for a re-attempted delivery.
     • We will repackage the gift to ensure all contents are in order, and the package looks new.
     • A flat fee of R150 + delivery costs will be billed to proceed with the reattempt.
     • Once the proof of payment (POP) is sent through, we will reship your gift. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in Oh So Niche considering the gift unclaimed, and you will forfeit it as property to the business. No refunds will be allowed.
   • Option 2:
     • You can arrange for the collection of the gift as is within 10 days.
     • Failure to collect within 10 days will result in Oh So Niche considering the gift unclaimed, and you will forfeit it as property to the business. No refunds will be allowed.
